A320 Cabin Crew Ground Instructor

SkyFlyers Aviation is supporting a client airline in the Middle East with the recruitment of an experienced A320 Cabin Crew Ground Instructor for a short-term project.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong Airbus A320 cabin crew training knowledge, recent operational recency, and recognised instructor qualifications.


Requirements:

✅ Recognised and accredited Train-the-Trainer Certification
✅ A320 type endorsement officially listed on the cabin crew licence / attestation
✅ Proof of recent flying experience on the A320 within the last 12 months
✅ Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate
✅ Letter of Recommendation from an airline or approved training organisation
✅ Valid EASA / ICAO / FAA Cabin Crew Attestation
✅ Previous experience as Airbus A320 Cabin Crew
✅ Previous experience in cabin crew training / instruction
✅ Strong knowledge of A320 safety, emergency and standard procedures
✅ Good knowledge of cabin crew training and assessment standards
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Valid passport
✅ Good command of English
✅ Availability to join as soon as possible
